There are just a few days to go until the next Michelin stars are awarded in the Nordics. The awards will take place on Monday, July 4th in Stavanger, Norway. Who will get stars this year in Scandinavia? As usual, we have a few educated guesses, so we’ve written our annual Michelin predictions blog post. Will Alchemist get three stars this year?
