There is just one day to go until the next Michelin stars are awarded in the Nordics. The awards will take place tomorrow, on Monday, June 12th in Turku, Finland. Who will get stars this year in the Nordics? As usual, we have a few educated guesses, so we’ve written our annual Michelin predictions blog post. Will Koan earn the fastest-ever Michelin star in Scandinavia? Will AIRA finally get two stars? Will Alchemist or Jordnær get three stars this year?
