The Best of New York Food Tour will be an all-inclusive four-day culinary adventure from August 22nd-25th. Experience the best of NYC on our exclusive food tour, showing you all of our favorite foods in one of the greatest eating destinations in the world. Twelve lucky guests will get to join us for a long weekend of eating and drinking. We’ll explore both Manhattan and Brooklyn together, introducing you to everything from street food to fine dining. We'll feast on our favorite bagels in the world, the city's best pizza, world-class pastry creations, and one-of-a-kind breakfast sandwiches unlike anything you’ve ever tasted.

But that's not all! The main event will be a full takeover of the chef’s counter at Atomix, the two-Michelin-starred Korean restaurant from Ellia Park and her husband, chef Junghyun «JP» Park – currently ranked the no. 1 restaurant in the U.S. by the World’s 50 Best (and no. 8 in the world). ⭐ ⭐ We’re also doing an insane bang-bang-bang, hitting not one… not two… but three NYC hotspots in one night! We’ll start with fried chicken, caviar & Champagne at COQODAQ 🍗 continue with dinner at COTE (America’s first Michelin-starred Korean BBQ restaurant) ⭐ and end with craft cocktails at the speakeasy bar Undercote. 🍸

RUMORS & FOOD NEWS – MAY 2024

Restaurants are blooming in Copenhagen. Last month, Christian Puglisi opened a new wine bar, Rino Vino Fino, in the former Rudo space above Bæst. And you know it's officially spring when Mielcke & Hurtigkarl opens their bookings for their "Champagne season," a bubbly pairing available annually in July. The most exciting announcement this month is the official opening date of Alouette 2.0, which will open its doors in new premises on Kongens Have on June 20th.

In Stockholm, the Främmat team has opened a new restaurant, Bacchanale, in Södermalm. Bacchanale is open now, for lunch and dinner. Fine dining restaurant Ergo from Petter Johansson and Sanna Risberg is officially slated to open on June 4th, serving a five-course seasonal tasting menu for 2100 SEK. Additionally, the people behind Savant are opening a new wine bar, Soif, at Nalen. The bar will open on May 17th.

In Oslo, chef Atli Mar Yngvason had his last official day in the kitchen at Katla. We're excited to see where he ends up cooking next. Pjoltergeist 2.0?! The restaurant group We Come in Peace has opened Sakkan, a new sushi and wine bar right next to their French bistro, Kafé Republik.

COPENHAGEN EVENTS

The Copenhagen crowd is keeping busy this spring. Join the gang later this month for a takeover of a Hungries' favorite restaurant, Pauli. In June, indulge in a bit of luxury with a vintage Champagne and caviar tasting at Champagne Treasures! More summer events have yet to be announced, but there are rumors of a 4th of July smash burger party hosted by some really crazy burger lovers...

MALMÖ EVENTS

The next Malmö event of the year will take place on May 4th. Join The Hungries in the chambre séparée of restaurant Marie Antoinette. You'll get to try a pre-tasting of a new menu, before it's available to anyone else, featuring ingredients grown on their farm.

OSLO EVENTS

In Oslo, The Hungries will be feasting on a special menu in the private dining room of Betong on May 23rd. We're talking dishes from the test kitchen, Hungries exclusive bonuses, and a crazy wine pairing. You don't want to miss this! On July 2nd, the fun continues with an event at Madonna – a four-course dinner menu with a special wine pairing curated by our very own, Thea Engvik. Plus, more to be announced in June...

LOS ANGELES EVENTS

The Hungries in Los Angeles will be kicking off summer shenanigans with a family-style barbecue feast at Moo's Craft Barbecue on June 2nd. Grab your friends and grab your spot on the forum to join the fun!

SLOVENIA EVENTS

In Slovenia, The Hungries are once again rallying together for an epic event: a farm stay at Butul on May 25th. The visit will include a full tasting menu and wine pairing, and for those who want to spend the entire weekend at the seaside, you will be able to extend the experience at Butul’s by booking a room or camping in the middle of the olive orchard. Did someone say Hungries sleepover?!

LONDON EVENTS

The Hungries in London are headed to Hackney hotspot, Sune, for a bespoke evening on May 16th. Enjoy a specially curated sharing menu and 5-6 glasses of wine per person for the low price of £112.50. This is just the beginning of many more events in London!
