Located in Vika in Oslo, De Mi Tierra is an empanadas pop-up (soon-to-be restaurant, hopefully) from two Argentinian chefs, Romina and Nicolas, with experience from Maaemo and À L’aise. They offer both raw empanadas to cook yourself at home, as well as fried or baked. Choose between creamy corn, chicken, beef filling, and the empanada of the week (we’ve spotted ham & cheese and mushroom & cheese). You place an order by sending a DM to their Instagram. Available from Tuesday to Sunday. The name, de mi tierra, is Spanish, meaning “from my earth.”
Rumor has it De Mi Tierra will soon have a permanent venue in the new food court Via Village (opening autumn 2021).
