Hi

Of course, we handpicked the very best ones to make the ultimate guide to eating in Paris! From bistros to bakeries to the city's top Michelin restaurants, we've got you covered in one of the greatest food cities in the world. Keep scrolling to read the guide.
On the other side of the world, things are getting really exciting in the fine dining scene in Los Angeles. Chef Aitor Zabala of El Bulli fame finally reopened his dream restaurant, Somni. Watch our YouTube video from L.A.'s most exciting (and most expensive!) new restaurant. We think this will be the first restaurant in L.A. to get three Michelin stars!
RUMORS & FOOD NEWS – APRIL 2025 Here's the latest food news from Copenhagen! Former Lola chefs Renata Zalles and David Selvam have opened Stuffed, a casual eatery and bar serving, you guessed it, "stuffed" foods like empanadas, samosas, and dumplings. Casual Korean restaurant Juju from chef Kristian Baumann (Koan) has become Juju Fried Chicken, now exclusively dedicated to the beloved Korean fried chicken – and free soft serve ice cream! In more Korean food news, the team behind street food spot Kopan has opened a new sit-down restaurant, Ouri. Asian bakery, deli, and snack bar Goose will open on April 17th, serving tamago sandos, kaya butter croissants, and more. Edward Lee (formerly of Jordnær and Gaijin) will open Udtryk, a new fine dining restaurant in the former Brace space on May 7th. Also in May, German/Austrian restaurant Botschaft will open, from head chef Armin Hagenhenrich. Two exciting restaurants opened this week in Oslo – Nud Dudhia (Breddos, Pao, Doug’s, Løkka Deli) has opened Little Wolf, a modern Italian restaurant with small plates. Palazzo Comunale from Dag Tjersland (Salome, Baltazar) also opened this week – a Sicilian restaurant next to Blå and Vulkan.
