Anders Husa and Kaitlin Orr are food & travel bloggers and creative content creators. From their base in Copenhagen, they operate the largest and most influential restaurant blog in Scandinavia. Combined, they have an audience of nearly half a million people, including this blog, YouTube, and Instagram – @andershusa and @carnivorr. Both Husa and Orr are official TasteHunters (digital ambassadors) for The World’s 50 Best and have previously been global jurors for the 360° Eat Guide, which promotes sustainability in the food industry.
Our Story
Anders is from Sandnes, Norway, but was based in Oslo when he started writing about food in 2011. His blog has won multiple awards and has been a leading source of information on the Nordic food scene for more than a decade.
Kaitlin is from Los Angeles, USA, but started food blogging in 2013 while living in New York. In 2017, she broke records by dining at L.A. Times food critic Jonathan Gold’s 101 Best Restaurants in 101 days. She remains the only person to have completed this challenge. Orr was also chosen as one of the top Instagrammers in the U.S. by Zagat.
In 2018, the California girl met the Norwegian foodie during a Scandinavian adventure. The two decided to join forces and travel the world as a party of two. Their mission is to guide people to the best food experiences around the world.
