Our favorite bakery in L.A is Colossus Bread. Their pastries are seriously some of the best we’ve ever had anywhere in the world, and are worth a visit alone. But now they’ve expanded beyond just coffee and pastries and opened a full, sit-down restaurant in San Pedro. The new all-day concept offers brunch in the morning, with decadent dishes like roasted fingerling potatoes, cheesy French-style omelettes, croissant breakfast sandwiches, and avocado toast on their sourdough bread. They also serve a full dinner menu in the evening, centered around their insanely delicious sourdough pizzas. The dough is bready and bouncy with a crunchy, chewy crust.
