Getting a seat here is nearly impossible; it’s fully booked for the entire season, and they even stopped taking new requests. But for The Hungries, and only for The Hungries, anything is possible!

Together with chef Coulter McAbery, we’ve created something truly one-of-a-kind: an exclusive after-hours omakase, with the rare option to BYOB! This means you can bring along a fine bottle of wine, champagne, or something special of your choice – a first for this normally alcohol-free sushi bar. Expect an unforgettable evening with around 15 courses (including at least one with caviar!) – all inspired by what’s in season at the moment.
