René Redzepi transformed his restaurant into a natural wine bar, located in the gardens and greenhouses of Noma for the summer. On the menu: “The Viking” (the Noma cheeseburger), a veggie burger made of quinoa, and a Basque cookie for dessert. Take-away was also available, even for wine.
