Ateljé Gastrologik

Located in Östermalm in Stockholm, Ateljé Gastrologik is a private dining room connected to restaurant Gastrologik. It replaced Speceriet, which closed on December 19th, 2020. You can book the restaurant for 10-14 people. Ateljé Gastrologik doubles as the restaurant’s R&D space, and allows chefs Anton Bjuhr and Jacob Holmström to host special events, four-hand dinners, wine tastings, and more.
