De Mi TierraArgentinian Empanadas, Medialunas, and Alfajores
Argentinian couple Romina Yanarello and Nico Perland started De Mi Tierra as a lockdown project, making empanadas in their home kitchen and delivering them by bike to their customers. Now, they’ve opened their very own shop inside the new VIA Village food hall. These are some of the absolute best empanadas we’ve ever had – flavors include ham and cheese, creamy corn, beef, chicken, and mushroom and cheese. For breakfast, they serve Argentinian croissants (medialunas) with a homemade dulce de leche filling, and alfajores, a dulce de leche cookie sandwich.
