If you enjoy following in the footsteps of Jonathan Gold as much as we do, you’ve probably heard of La Azteca Tortilleria’s chile relleno burrito. What is it? A whole chile stuffed with cheese, inside a bean, cheese, and tomato burrito, all wrapped in a dreamy flour tortilla. Kaitlin usually doesn’t love chiles, but this changed her mind. It’s a delicious, one-of-a-kind burrito and well worth the drive to East Los Angeles.
