Description
On Sunday, October 27th, you can join a special baking class with our community member Marta at her newly opened Bullarbyn Bageri in Malmö! During the class, we’ll bake sweet treats from around the world: Polish “drożdżówki,” Swedish “kanelbullar” (cinnamon buns), and Portuguese “pasteis de nata.” Of course, we’ll enjoy Sweden’s favorite tradition, fika, with a delicious coffee or tea alongside our creations. You’ll also master the key techniques of making sweet dough. Don’t worry if you’re new to baking—the class is designed for beginners, so all gluten lovers are welcome! And if you’re more advanced, we’ll answer any questions you have, plus you’ll enjoy the recipes we’ll share after the class.
