We’ve secured seats at the brand new restaurant Magnolia before it opens to the public, so The Hungries will be first on the scene!
Magnolia is the new fine dining restaurant from chef Erin Sykes, formerly head chef of one-Michelin-starred Texture, with star ambitions. Sykes is combining the flavors and hospitality of the American South where she grew up, with Nordic techniques and a touch of French. The menu is inspired by dishes, traditions, and memories from her childhood in the southeastern US, reimagined through a fine dining lens.
Think turkey stuffing transformed into a canapé, peanut butter & jelly donuts, deep-fried pickles, shrimp gumbo, applewood-smoked trout, boiled peanuts, cornbread, buttermilk flatbread, cheese curds, and even a frickin’ pie trolley! It sounds absolutely amazing. Erin is also preparing an extra canapé exclusively for The Hungries!
Magnolia officially opens the following day, making this a special pre-opening dinner.
