With his Italian culinary experience, he opened Topicàl focused on modern Mediterranean cuisine. But wait?! The food news of 2024 is that Topicàl is no more and Laudato is launching a new concept instead: Paesàno! Chef Davide Laudato has promised to feed The Hungries like an Italian nonna with snacks, starters, pastas, mains, dessert, and petit fours. Wine (or non-alcoholic alternatives) and coffee & tea are also included in the ticket.
