Description
On Saturday, July 13th, we’ll gather at Contento for a special Spanish night! Contento is a Basque eatery from chef Mathias Silberbauer, with authentic pintxos, tapas, and all sorts of delicious Spanish delicacies! The kitchen has created a very special menu, which will take us through different Spanish eating traditions in three rounds, such as vermouth with pintxos, raciones, and grilled foods. In addition to vermouth, you’ll also taste lots of Spanish wines, including, of course, txakoli – a very special dry white wine that needs to be poured in a specific way to taste right. Christian from Contento will teach The Hungries how to do it!
