Located in Frogner in Oslo, Brasserie Ouest is a modern French brasserie and wine bar from the restaurateurs behind Sawan and Nomads. Austrian chef Matthias Bernwieser was the first head chef when Brasserie Ouest opened in 2017, but has since left.
