Hart Bageri Refshaleøen

The popular bakery chain owned by René Redzepi has opened a third location in Refshaleøen. The new Hart Bageri is located on Refshalevej, next door to the building that previously housed Amass). Hart also still has a shop in Frederiksberg and on Holmen (just a few minutes walk from the new location). Operations at Hart are now run by Talia Richard-Carvajal and R+D chef Cannelle Deslandes (formerly of Cadence). Founder Richard Hart has recently moved to Mexico City with one of his former head bakers, Karishma Sanghi. Presumably Hart will expand with locations in Mexico as well.
