Located in Dyrehaven (the nature park with wild deer just outside of Copenhagen) is Kilden i Skoven (translated: “the spring in the forest”). The name references a healing spring that inspired pilgrimages since 1583, for thirsty drinkers who sought holy water. Now, sommelier Lea Sandby and the Kilden i Skoven team have turned water into wine, and also have a grill fired up to cook food. There is a pétanque court, soft serve ice cream, and a plethora of both classic and natural wines.
