Solen

Located just outside central Stockholm (right next to Avicii Arena) is Solen, a restaurant from chefs Adam Dahlberg and Albin Wessman of Michelin-starred restaurant Adam/Albin. The name Solen (translated: “the sun”) references the restaurant’s inspiration: sun-soaked cities like Tel Aviv, Oaxaca, Naples, and Santa Fe. The menu features small plates, pizzas, and lots of food grilled in the fire.
