Kol is a Mexican fine dining restaurant reimagined with British ingredients from chef Santiago Lastra. The restaurant has one Michelin star and is ranked no. 73 on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2022. Our favorite bites on the tasting menu included the yellow pepper custard with British caviar, the langoustine taco with sea buckthorn, and the do-it-yourself carnitas tacos with gooseberry salsa and freshly pressed corn tortillas.
