Video: Per Se Our Most Expensive Meal Ever

Chef Thomas Keller’s flagship NYC restaurant, Per Se, is his tribute to French Laundry on the east coast. It has held three Michelin stars ever since 2006 (when the first ever US Michelin guide came out, Michelin Guide NYC). It’s been a three-star restaurant for over 15 years now! Per Se is a fine dining institution, one of the most revered restaurants in NYC and in the world. It’s been on our bucket list for a long time, and so it was finally time to ride the escalators to the top floor of the Shops at Columbus Circle and enter those shiny blue doors. The full menu with supplements is the most expensive meal we have ever eaten at a restaurant ($725!). Was it worth it? Watch the video to find out.
