The wine legends Gernot and Heike Heinrich are coming from Austria to do a wine tasting for The Hungries Thirsties. We’ve rented Lille Blå for the evening, so we’ll have the entire place to ourselves. At this event, you’ll get to taste six different wines from Heinrich. All the wines are natural, and most of them are from their Freyheit series, plus a couple of special bottles:
- 2021 Muskat Freyheit
- 2021 Pinot Freyheit
- 2021 Roter Traminer Freyheit
- 2021 Graue Freyheit
- 2018 Alter Berg Blaufränkisch Leithaberg DAC
- 2018 Edelgraben Blaufränkisch Leithaberg DAC
The Heinrichs will present the wines and tell you everything you want to know about what’s in your glass. They’ll talk us through each wine as we taste them, and they’ll also be available to answer any questions for anyone who wants to nerd out about grapes. If you participated in our virtual event with Heinrich during the lockdown, you know how much fun this will be! Australian boss babe of Lille Blå, Maddy Kostros, will be there to keep you hydrated with water and will provide snacks during the tasting.
