Located at Amager Vest in Copenhagen, specifically Islands Brygge, Alouette is a produce-driven casual fine dining restaurant by American chefs Nick Curtin and Andrew Valenzuela. The grill is a central instrument in the kitchen and the chefs love buttery sauces. Curtin’s wife Camilla Hansen (also a Danish model) is the restaurant manager.
