Alouette

Located at Amager Vest in Copenhagen, specifically Islands Brygge, Alouette is a produce-driven casual fine dining restaurant by American chefs Nick Curtin and Andrew Valenzuela. The grill is a central instrument in the kitchen and the chefs love buttery sauces. Curtin’s wife Camilla Hansen (also a Danish model) is the restaurant manager. The restaurant is in an old industrial neighborhood and the entrance is through a graffiti-covered elevator. Watch our video from the dining experience here.
