In the old venue of TAKO by Fortou in Stavanger, ANGR was a restaurant and bar from chef Arnt Skjerve serving natural food and wine. Head chef: Bernt Sætre. The word “anger” means “fjord” in old Norse, and the kitchen used produce from Ryfylke and cooking techniques from all over the world. The bar had 30 seats and a focus on natural wine (producers like Gut Oggau, Christian Tschida, and Serraghia was on the menu), in addition to serving smaller snack dishes, and cheese & charcuteries. The restaurant had 20 seats and served a set menu with natural wine pairings. ANGR Bar & Kjøkken closed permanently in August, 2022.
