Brosundet Hotel is home to a cocktail bar (Arkivet), food bar (Butikken), and a Nordic restaurant serving a topographic tasting menu (from three to ten courses, with ingredients from the highest peak to the deepest sea – and everything in between) based on local and seasonal produce from the Sunnmøre region. The techniques and inspiration are international. Stig Strømsvåg is the head chef and Anders Göransson is the general manager.
