Located in Malmö, Sweden is BISe (short for “bisous” in French), a restaurant, wine bar, and cocktail bar from Ludvig Fredriksson (formerly of Saltimporten Canteen) and Arvid Laban Falk (formerly of MJ’s Hotel and Talldungens Gårdshotell). The wine bar has natural wines, snacks, and small plates, and the restaurant has a three-course menu with food inspired by southern Europe.
