Located in Oslobukta in Oslo, between Talormade and The Vandelay, Café Platz is a restaurant and food bar, part of Holzweiler Platz (retail store) in Bispevika. On the menu are seasonal sharing dishes, coffee, cocktails, and a wine list with both natural and more classic wines in all price categories. Head chef: Petter Nystrøm (formerly of Eik Annen Etage). Head barista: Caroline Rødvik (formerly of Tim Wendelboe). Restaurant manager: Rikke de Lange (formerly of Tim Wendelboe).
