Chef Casper Sobczyk started his career at restaurant Søren K, continued at Hotel Marienlyst in Helsingør, but was last seen at Bistro PanPan in Copenhagen Zoo. Now, the chef who is famous for his butter-aged steaks has teamed up with the hotel chain Scandic to open restaurant Capa in Scandic Palace Hotel on Rådhuspladsen (Town Hall Square). It will be a classic restaurant with dishes for the whole family.
