Located in Östermalm in Stockholm, Sweden is Dashi, a Japanese-inspired restaurant from chefs Harry Jordås and Nathan Turley. They serve an osusume (recommended) tasting menu with local Nordic ingredients. Dashi started as a pop-up at Lucy’s Flower Shop before moving into a permanent venue a year later. On the menu you will find dry-aged fish, meat, and seasonal produce. There are two counter seatings each night.
