Diamond Slice

Located in Blågårds Plads in Copenhagen is Diamond Slice, a New York style pizza shop from Jan Kopacz (former head chef of Bæst), Kristopher Schram (formerly of Bæst and the West Taghkanic Diner in New York), and Alex Dadzis (former head chef of Friheden). The pizzeria has 70’s Americana vibes and lots of outdoor seating as well as indoor. Thin New York-style slices are made from sourdough and are available by the pie or by the slice, for dine-in and take-away. There is wine, beer, cider, and cocktails available on tap.
