Fauna

Located on the waterfront in Aalborg, Denmark is Fauna, a sustainability-focused restaurant from chefs Nicklas Thellufsen and Mikael Kopp. Seasonal and local ingredients are used in their three concepts under one roof: the first floor lounge with views of the fjord, the food bar (an informal Nordic bistro), and the fine dining section, where guests can enjoy a tasting menu.
