Fiskerizakajaen

Located in Copenhagen is Fiskerizakajaen, a pop-up restaurant space for chefs, from Fiskerikajen. The name is a play on “Fiskerikajen” (translated: fishing dock) and “izakaya” (the Japanese word for a casual counter restaurant with snacks).
