Fjösn

Located on the island of Senja in Norway, Fjösn is a restaurant and bar that is part of the Aurora Borealis Observatory. The name is a hint at the location, which is an old barn (“fjøs” in Norwegian) with large wooden beams, and huge windows. Owners: Magnus and Anders Hanssen.
