The new restaurant and bar in the old venue of the legendary Oslo restaurant Pjoltergeist on Rosteds gate 15 will be called Hyde. The old Pjoltergeist team, Susanne Låstad, Sverre Bøyum, and Atli Mar Yngvasson are co-owners and subletters to the new restaurateurs – bartender Andreas Lohne and chef Matthew North (who also worked at Pjoltergeist for some time). The restaurant will be a modern gastropub offering a five-course set menu that will be mandatory upon booking a table, but à la carte options are available for walk-in guests and the bar seats. The bar will be wine-focused with simple drinks consisting of two elements. Sound familiar?
