Located in Aker Brygge in Oslo, Kveitemjøl is a bakery making high quality sourdough bread and pastries (croissants, pain au chocolat, cardamom buns, cinnamon buns, cruffins, “wienerbrød” in all kinds of variations, and “skoleboller”). They also serve coffee from Supreme Roastworks and juice from Røyse Bærpresseri. The head baker is Nils Olav Heggdalsvik and the head pastry chef is Trude Beate Brendehaug – both on the national baking and pastry team.
