Located along Søerne (the lakes) in Copenhagen, Lago is a Mediterranean restaurant and natural wine bar from James Barnard, Asger Hjort (Bar Poldo), and the guys behind Volatil, Uva Rosa & Steffi Graf. The head chef previously worked at the likes of Blue Hill, Momofuku, and Geist, and the food will be vegetable-focused.
