Located in the iconic building Fjordenhus designed by Studio Olafur Eliasson, Lyst is a New Nordic fine dining restaurant from chef Daniel McBurnie and sommelier Rasmus Marquart. The food philosophy is based around local, seasonal, and sustainable produce and the menu can change daily depending on several factors – even the weather.
