Located in Youngskvartalet in Oslo, Nemesis was a Nordic fine dining restaurant by Jan Erik Hauge (head chef), Eskil Hildonen (sous chef), Emilie Lindwall (restaurant manager) and Heidi Bruun-Hanssen (sommelier), together with Made in Oslo Restaurants (Andre til Høyre, Håndslag, My Ugly Baby, Girotondo, Lulu, Gunnars Generasjonsbar). Nemesis closed on July 6th, 2019.
