Omakase by Vladimir Pak 2.0

The award-winning chef and World Sushi Champion Vladimir Pak has split from the Sabi Sushi group (where he received a Michelin star for his restaurant in 2020). Pak’s new restaurant has the same name as his former home: Omakase by Vladimir Pak. It is located on Bygdøy Alle 5 in Frogner in Oslo. There will also be a casual Japanese restaurant with a robata grill, sushi, and sashimi. The design of the restaurant is by Thomas Ness, who helped design Maaemo.
