The latest addition at Banegaarden, the food hall in the railway town between Vesterbro and Sydhavnen, is Perron. Italian head baker Kevin Sciascia is currently in charge of the bakery and café by day, and soon it will open as a restaurant in the evening, serving pasta and natural wine.
