Pink Fish (Steen & Strøm)

Located in the food court in the basement of the Steen & Strøm shopping mall in Oslo, Pink Fish was the first location of a fast food franchise concept using exclusively Norwegian salmon with a goal of opening 1000 restaurants over ten years. Owned by Salmon Company Norway AS (Ronny Michael Gjøse, Svein Sandvik, and chef Geir Skeie). The Steen & Strøm location has permanently closed.
