Located in Valby in Copenhagen, Pulp Wine is a natural wine store from Canadian sommelier Russell Schaper-Kotter and his Icelandic wife Hjördis Ottosdottir. In 2023, Pulp Wine relocated from Valby Langgade 52 to Fiolstræde 18 in the city center, and expanded the offerings to include snacks alongside glasses of wine.
