Located in Perdersgata in Stavanger, K2 is a New Nordic restaurant by Ola Klepp, the previous sous chef at Re-naa, focusing on sustainability with only local and seasonal produce. Salting, drying, fermenting, and pickling are preservation techniques used to make the seasons last. The menu is split in two, with the first part being fully vegetarian, and the second part adding fish and meat to the dishes. Only natural wines and local beer.
