Ruths

The local institution that changed the restaurant scene in Malmö forever, Bastard, is closing on December 19th, 2020, only to reopen in the spring of 2021 as an all-day eatery, bakery & deli called Ruths Malmö. Rumor has it that the Bastard name has been sold to the burger chain Bastard Burgers, which opened in Malmö in 2019 as Bronx Burgers (but has now announced a name change back to Bastard Burgers).
