Savage

Located inside the new boutique hotel Revier in Kvadraturen is Savage, a restaurant from Andrea Selvaggini (formerly of Maaemo and Einer). Savage is a high-end passion project from Selvaggini with high ambitions. In the hotel, there is also casual pasta place called Null Null, as well as an all day café that turns into a wine bar at night. Hotel Revier also has an exclusive 18 person screening room showing weekly movies that is bookable for events. Also involved in the project: Simen Vinge (Little Pickle) and Cecilie Bundgaard Larsen (restaurant manager of Apostrophe).
