Located on Munkedamsveien 100 in Oslo, Silk Road was a fine dining restaurant serving a tasting menu with 100% plant-based dishes, organic ingredients, and global inspiration. Jaime Docherty (head chef) & Emily Lindquist (restaurant manager). Silk Road closed in 2021 due to the economic effects of the Covid-19 pandemic.
