Located on Østerbrogade in the neighborhood of Østerbro in Copenhagen is Skipper Bageri, a bakery from Emil and Carolina Mørkeberg. The husband-and-wife team formerly helped opened the popular bakery Bageriet Brød in Vesterbro before opening their own space in October 2022. Skipper serves sourdough bread, buns, and pastries.
