Beyla is a casual, plant-based eatery, and a sister restaurant to the vegan hotspot Bistro Lupa, the street food concept Souls, and fine-dining restaurant ARK. Owner Jason Renwick also owns the mushroom company, Funga Farm. Souls started as a street food stall selling veggie burgers in Torvehallerne, and opened a full sit-down restaurant in Carlsberg Byen as Souls Eatery, but rebranded to Beyla.
