The Conservatory

Located in Oslobukta (Bjørvika), near Maaemo and The Vandelay, Esben Holmboe Bang will open a new wine and cocktail bar called The Conservatory. On the menu, you’ll find classic drinks, seasonal cocktails, and a selection of fine wine, in addition to some food. Anne Maurseth (Andre til Høyre) will be the bar manager and Carl Wiman (Himkok) will be the head bartender. The bar will be reservation-only.
